If your brain feels like the multiballs have been released before lunch, we need to talk.
Flowing like a chill drum groove…or sounding like a toddler smashing pots at 7am?
Are time vampires sneaking into your intentions?
Are you exhausted before lunch?
Have you briefly fantasized about quitting entrepreneurship and opening a beachside lemonade stand with zero Wi-Fi?
Same. I hear you. I am you.
Most days, I sit down at my computer fully intending to create something meaningful for the Universe. And somehow—without warning—my knees hurt, my ass is numb, and I’ve mentally restarted my to-do list five times before noon.
Magical. Groundbreaking. Very productive. NOT!
So what’s actually happening here?
We’re exhausted because we’re asking our brains to do too damn much at once. Multitasking is a myth. A sparkly, gaslighting myth. And it especially doesn’t work for spiritually gifted, intuitive, creative humans who already process the world on eleven different channels.
When everything feels loud, scattered, and heavy—it’s usually not a motivation problem.
It’s a rhythm problem.
Before you throw in the towel today (again), here’s the good news: there are ways to recover your time and energy without forcing yourself into someone else’s “wake up at 5 am and hustle” routine.
Awareness is the gateway drug to change.
So let’s talk rhythm—gently.
A Simple Rhythm Reset
🥤 Water before caffeine.
Yes, I know. Rude. But your nervous system will thank you. Less jittery energy = clearer intentions.
🎬 Mentally walk through your day—one scene at a time.
Picture breakfast. Movement. One focused work block. Lunch. Creating something meaningful. Time with people who matter. No perfection. Just presence. A quiet “thank you” as you move through each part.
🎯 Choose ONE.
One task for your business today. That’s it. When your brain starts setting off a firework finale, take an intentional break—move your body, change rooms, get water. Then come back, finish the one thing, and stop. Ending your day on purpose is part of the rhythm.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about creating a tempo your nervous system can actually handle. If you’ve been around here for a bit, you know I care about building businesses that don’t fry your energy. Rhythm isn’t soft — it’s strategic.
You Can’t Manifest From Frenzy
This can also be true when it comes to manifesting. We can’t manifest from frenzy.
We can’t receive from overstimulation.
If your energy is scattered, your magnetism is scattered.
I used to think manifesting meant:
Vision board. Gratitude. Big intention. Wait for magic.
But lately, I’ve realized something deeper.
My timing is tied to my Human Design. I’m a Projector.
Which means I’m not built for constant output and force. I’m built for alignment and invitation.
And I’ve been operating in force mode.
That doesn’t mean I sit around drinking mimosas waiting for destiny to knock. I work. I create. I show up.
But I have to show up in the right rhythm.
When I override my energy and try to hustle like everyone else, I burn out.
When I slow down, focus, and create space… things start to align.
Divine timing isn’t passive.
It’s responsive.
So my manifestation practice is shifting.
Less forcing.
More clarity.
Less noise.
More rhythm.
Maybe that means a sticky note in my spiritual room that says:
“Slow down. This is your tempo.”
If your time feels chaotic right now, maybe it’s not discipline you need.
Maybe it’s a new rhythm.
And maybe your manifestation process needs to match your design — not someone else’s highlight reel.
If you’re a spiritual entrepreneur or creative stuck in multiball mode… that’s not random. It usually means your rhythm and your energy are out of sync. And when your energy is out of sync, everything feels harder than it needs to be.
A Small Thank You (And a Reset)
As a thank you for reading, I created something simple to help you step out of multiball mode.
It’s called the W.I.N. (What I Need) Overwhelm Reset.
It takes about three minutes.
No hustle.
No complicated productivity system.
Just one clear decision and a calmer nervous system.
If you want practical rhythm resets, grounded energy alignment, and business strategy that actually respects how you’re built, I share that every week by email.
You can grab the free W.I.N. Reset here.
Let’s slow the tempo and build something sustainable.
Because if it feels like multiball…
…it’s not your rhythm.
